This is our take on lager. This beer is brewed with pilsner malt and traditional noble hops. A Czech style beer, it is clean, mild, pleasant and crisp everything you would expect from a lager beer. A great beer paired with any meal.

Balancing tradition with innovation, our Blonde Ale offers a light to medium body, making it incredibly approachable. The malt sweetness is gentle, allowing the hops to shine without overwhelming your taste buds. The finish is clean and crisp, leaving you ready for the next sip.

Brewed with 4 kinds of malts. Tasting notes of chocolate, roasted coffee, and caramel with gentle flavor and aroma of spice, licorice, vanilla.

SMASH (Single Malt Single Hop) is a delightful beer that showcases the unique characteristics of Simcoe hops. Simcoe hops are known for their complex and diverse flavor profile, offering a blend of earthy, pine, citrus, and berry notes. This beer, being a SMaSH, is brewed with a single type of malt and a single variety of hops, allowing the drinker to fully experience the individual characteristics of Simcoe.

Naturally cloudy, crisp, and very drinkable. Tasting notes comes from the yeast: banana, clove, pineapple, with hints of bubble gum and vanilla. Brewed with lemon and orange zest. Often served during a hard day’s work in a farm during the days in Europe. In our town, a farm is often called “TUMANA”

A Zappa Hop Lager offering a delightful medley of tropical fruits, delivering a burst of passion fruit goodness. The minty freshness dances on the palate, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience.

Our best-selling beer inspired by the brewers’ trip overseas. Classic pale ale, it goes down very easy with notes of tropical, citrus fruits. A session beer best shared with friends and great for those new to craft beer drinking.

This beer placed 3rd in the Craft Beer Association of the Philippines Beer Competition 2021. A session American IPA with an intense flavor and aroma of citrus, flowers, grapeferuit, stonefruit, oak, coconut and pine. A must try beer in our lineup.

This a bold and hop-forward beer that has become synonymous with the craft beer movement. Citrus, pine, and resinous notes dominate, with grapefruit, orange, and sometimes tropical fruit undertones. The aroma is bold, enticing, and gives a clear indication of the hop-forward experience to come. Some malt sweetness may be present but is balanced by the strong hop presence.

With Australian and American hops, tropical fruit notes with flavors of passionfruit, peach, mango and citrus. A well balanced IPA with 50 IBU’s aroma is bright and juicy and crushable. HEK!
