American Pale Ale
An American Pale Ale bursting with tropical fruit flavors. This beer is brewed with a blend of light and dark malts, providing a balanced malt backbone. It’s generously hopped with Columbus, Citra, and Simcoe hops, delivering intense aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. The addition of Cryo Pop hops adds a smooth, concentrated hop flavor and aroma. A recent Jambeeree 11 winner!
West Coast IPA
A bold and flavorful beer that showcases the best of West Coast hop varieties. Brewed with a blend of malts for a subtle and balanced malt backbone that lets the hops shine. Dark Matter Tropical Stout
A medium-bodied tropical stout with aromas of coffee and chocolate which intensifies as it warms up. Sweet and refreshing with a hint of fruitiness, it’s highly drinkable despite the abv due to its low bitterness.
